Become a Restaurant General Manager in Kuwait City

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations: Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction: Maintain high standards of customer service and address customer complaints promptly.
• Manage financial performance: Monitor and analyze financial data to improve profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a restaurant general manager.

• Arab nationality is required.
• Transferable residency visa (Visa 18 Ahli) is mandatory.
