We are urgently seeking a skilled and experienced receptionist to join our dynamic team in Bneid Al Qar, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reception duties and be proficient in English and Arabic.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service: Greet and welcome visitors, answer phone calls, and provide information and assistance.
- Manage front desk operations: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing mail, and maintaining reception area cleanliness.
- Assist with general office duties: Support the team with various office tasks as needed.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere: Ensure the reception area is well-organized and inviting.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a receptionist.
- Proficient in English and Arabic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Female candidates only.
- Transferable residency visa (Visa 18 Ahli) is mandatory.
