A well-established Shipping Company located in Shuwaikh, Kuwait is searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to internal departments and staff.
  • Manage schedules and calendars for assigned personnel (discuss during interview).
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Draft and prepare correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports.
  • Answer phone calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum [number] years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Fluency in English is required. Arabic is a plus.
