We are seeking a qualified HR Officer/Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the HR department’s daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes. Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, assisting with daily operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including preparing job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Help manage employee relations, including resolving issues and handling grievances.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations for management when needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow across the company.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 12+ years of experience in HR and Administration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Language: Bilingual (proficiency in both English and Arabic).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
