We are opening a new restaurant and are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Staff to join our team. We are hiring for the following positions:
- Head Chef
- Chef Helper
- Barista
- Waiter
Responsibilities
- Head Chef: Oversee kitchen operations, create menus, manage kitchen staff, ensure food quality and safety standards.
- Chef Helper: Assist the head chef with food preparation, cooking, and kitchen maintenance.
- Barista: Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages, maintain cleanliness of the bar area, and provide excellent customer service.
- Waiter: Take customer orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Relevant experience in Kuwait for all positions.
- Skills:
- Head Chef & Chef Helper: Expertise in food preparation and kitchen management.
- Barista: Proficiency in making various coffee and beverage drinks.
- Waiter: Strong customer service skills and knowledge of food and beverage.
- Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with the Talabat platform.
- Supplier Communication: Ability to contact and coordinate with suppliers.
- Language Skills: Very good in English and knowledge of Arabic.
- Visa: Must have a transferable visa.
