Job Title: Trainers (Male & Female)

Kuwait Jobs is seeking dedicated and experienced Trainers to join our dynamic team. This full-time role offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment, helping clients achieve their fitness goals and delivering high-quality coaching.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver customized fitness programs, including guidance on nutrition, cardiovascular exercise, and resistance training.
• Conduct group fitness classes and manage individual training sessions.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets set by Gym Management.
• Represent Gold’s Gym positively while maintaining high standards of coaching.
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science or Physical Education.
• Personal Training Certification.
• Specialized certification in fitness disciplines (e.g., Aerobics, Spinning, HIIT, Dance, Aqua, CrossFit, Boot Camp, Yoga, Pilates).
• Current First Aid, CPR, and AED Certification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Maximum age of 35 years.

Experience Required:

• Experience in leading group classes such as Spinning, Zumba, HIIT, Dance, Aqua, CrossFit, Boot Camp, Yoga, Pilates, MMA, Swimming, Squash.

Desired Skills:

• Strong ability to design and implement personalized fitness programs.
• Excellent coaching, motivational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse clientele.

Benefits:

• Competitive salary: 350 – 400 KWD for females, 300 – 400 KWD for males, based on experience.
• Monthly commission: 40% on PT contracts based on monthly sales targets.
