Kuwait Jobs is hiring a Female Call Center Agent to manage inbound and outbound calls and provide exceptional customer service. This full-time position requires strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, previous customer support experience, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and understand customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products and services when appropriate.
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers by going the extra mile.
- Keep accurate and comprehensive records of all conversations in the call center database.
- Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer support role.
- Proven track record of exceeding performance quotas.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English, with active listening abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Graduation or diploma required.
