We are seeking a dedicated General Supervisor with comprehensive knowledge of clothing care and operations to oversee our laundry facility. Additionally, we are hiring skilled washers, ironers, and a driver to support our growing business. Responsibilities:
- General Supervisor:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency in washing, ironing, and delivery services.
- Train and manage staff including washers, ironers, and drivers.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and garment care are maintained.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain inventory of laundry supplies and manage budgets.
- Ensure timely delivery of all orders and proper documentation of completed work.
- Washer:
- Operate laundry machines for washing clothes.
- Sort, wash, and dry garments following company guidelines.
- Inspect and treat stains appropriately before washing.
- Ironer:
- Press and iron garments to perfection.
- Ensure garments are wrinkle-free and neatly folded or hung.
- Driver:
- Safely transport laundry items to and from customer locations.
- Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers.
- Ensure timely deliveries and keep accurate logs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in laundry operations is required (1-5 years).
- Knowledge of various fabrics and proper washing/ironing techniques.
- Strong leadership skills for the supervisor role.
- Drivers must possess a valid driving license and a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
