Logistics Coordinator

An IT company in Kuwait is urgently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the efficient dispatch and delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will work closely with drivers and third-party carriers to ensure the timely and safe transportation of products. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the dispatch and delivery of goods with personal drivers or third-party carriers.
• Communicate regularly with customer service teams to manage orders and address any issues.
• Analyze logistical problems and implement effective solutions to streamline operations.
• Ensure all safety standards are met, following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Optimize routing and dispatch systems to reduce transport costs and improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain open communication with warehouse staff to prevent delays or miscommunications.
• Evaluate and refine logistical procedures to enhance overall efficiency.
• Work closely with in-house teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, especially under pressure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to securely and confidentially manage information and data.
• Experience in managing logistics, with a focus on optimizing processes.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Visa No. 18 transferable only (mandatory for this role).
