We are looking for a motivated and experienced Arab Female Sales Associate to join our team. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling sales transactions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both Arabic and English and experience in luxury retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Participate in inventory management and cycle counts to protect the assets of the boutique.
- Provide assistance and detailed information on product features, specifically luxury perfumes.
- Assist with packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise as needed.
- Process point-of-sale (POS) purchases efficiently.
- Cross-sell products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Speak fluently in both Arabic and English.
- Work flexible shifts as required.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in luxury retail.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Graduation or Diploma.
- Availability to work flexible shifts.
