Waho International is seeking an experienced Fleet Supervisor to manage a team of over 40 drivers. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within Kuwait. This role involves overseeing driver performance, submitting daily reports, and ensuring effective communication and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the performance of 40+ drivers.
- Monitor and evaluate driver performance, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Submit daily operational and performance reports.
- Maintain accurate records of sales cash and driver performance.
- Proficiently use email and Excel for reporting and communication.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Kuwait.
- Strong skills in performance tracking and reporting.
- Proficiency in email communication and Excel.
- Experience in handling sales cash and reporting.
- Ability to manage a large team effectively.
