- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve production goals.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills focused on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, production planning software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Lean Manufacturing is desirable.
