Responsibilities
As a Restaurant Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Managing and training restaurant staff to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Preparing and maintaining reports related to restaurant performance and financials.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (both spoken and written).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve issues effectively.
- Willingness to relocate to Khairan, with accommodation provided.
