We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Kuwait. This role involves managing various HR and administrative tasks to support the organization’s HR functions. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of Kuwaiti labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day human resources and administrative tasks.
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update the HR database with new hire information.
- Prepare employment offer letters and contracts.
- Oversee payroll and ensure accurate records.
- Process residency documents and liaise with governmental authorities.
- Track probation periods, mid/annual appraisals, and ensure timely contract renewals.
- Administer the payroll process and prepare monthly reports on absences and discrepancies.
- Conduct exit interviews, manage final settlements, and handle clearance certificates.
- Ensure company compliance with regulatory laws and liaise with designated representatives.
- Prepare official letters, such as salary certificates, as needed by employees.
- Assist in reviewing HR policies, staff handbook, and job descriptions for updates.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the Direct Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 5 to 10 years in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of Kuwaiti labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in HR software systems and MS Excel.

Compensation
- Salary Range: 500 – 750 KWD (Depending on Experience)
