We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Officer for a gym located in Kuwait. This role is critical in managing HR functions, ensuring smooth administrative operations, and maintaining compliance with Kuwaiti labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Management: Oversee day-to-day HR and administrative tasks, including policy implementation and database maintenance.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Prepare employment offer letters, contracts, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Payroll & Documentation: Administer payroll, process residency documents, and handle all necessary documentation.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with labor laws, prepare official letters, and assist with HR policy updates.
- Employee Relations: Conduct exit interviews, manage final settlements, and handle clearance certificates.
- Performance Tracking: Track probation periods, appraisals, and ensure timely contract renewals.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-10 years of relevant HR experience.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Kuwaiti labor laws, proficiency in HR software systems, and MS Excel. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years old.
Preferred Skills
- Proven experience in managing HR and administrative operations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
