Female Coordinator (Arab)

Responsibilities:

• Coordination: Oversee and coordinate various administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact between departments, clients, and stakeholders.
• Scheduling: Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and events.
• Documentation: Maintain and organize files, records, and reports.
• Support: Provide general administrative support to team members as needed.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a coordination or administrative role.
• Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Nationality: Arab only.
• Gender: Female.
• Location: Based in Khaitan, Kuwait.
• Salary: 300-350 KWD per month.
• Education: Relevant educational background preferred.
