Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day human resources and administrative functions.
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures across the organization.
- Maintain and update the HR database, ensuring accurate records of new hires and employee information.

- Manage payroll, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee wages.
- Handle residency document processing and coordinate with governmental authorities for visa and residency-related matters.

- Administer the payroll process and maintain records of absences, discrepancies, and other relevant employee data.
- Conduct exit interviews, process final settlements, and handle clearance certifications for departing employees.
- Ensure company compliance with Kuwaiti labor laws and other regulatory requirements.
- Prepare official letters such as salary certificates and other HR-related documentation.
- Review and update HR policies, the staff handbook, and job descriptions as necessary.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Direct Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of proven experience in human resources and administrative roles.
- Knowledge of Kuwaiti labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Valid transferable residency (Article 18 preferred).
- Age limit: Maximum 35 years old.
- Nationality preference: Kuwaiti, Arab nationals.
