Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leader, Trainee Shift Leader, Crew Member

Elevation Burger is looking for passionate and experienced individuals to fill several positions in our restaurant management team. We are hiring Assistant Store Managers, Shift Leaders, Trainee Shift Leaders, and Crew Members who are ready to contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Candidates with experience in the food and beverage (F&B) industry, particularly in the burger restaurant concept, are highly preferred.

Available Positions:

  1. Service Crew Member:
    • Greet and serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
    • Take orders, prepare food, and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain cleanliness and order in the restaurant.
    • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  2. Trainee Shift Leader:
    • Assist the Shift Leader in managing the restaurant operations during a shift.
    • Supervise crew members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
    • Train and mentor new team members.
    • Monitor inventory and report any shortages.
  3. Shift Leader:
    • Lead the restaurant team during shifts and ensure a smooth operation.
    • Manage staff, assign duties, and monitor performance.
    • Ensure the highest standards of customer service and food quality.
    • Handle daily reports, inventory checks, and resolve any operational issues.
  4. Assistant Restaurant Manager:
    • Support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day management of the restaurant.
    • Oversee staff performance, customer service, and operational efficiency.
    • Assist in managing budgets, inventory, and staff scheduling.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  5. Restaurant Manager:
    • Take full responsibility for the restaurant’s overall operations.
    • Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business goals.
    • Manage financials, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.
    • Ensure restaurant compliance with all company policies and government regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in a burger restaurant concept.
  • For management roles: Proven experience in leadership and team management within the F&B sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
