Responsibilities
- Cooking: Prepare and cook a variety of Arabic dishes and BBQ items to the highest standards.
- Menu Planning: Assist in planning and creating new dishes in collaboration with the culinary team.
- Food Safety: Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Kitchen Management: Oversee kitchen operations including inventory management and cleanliness.
Requirements
- Education: Hotel Management or F&B related studies.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in Gulf countries, preferably in hotels or reputed industrial catering companies. Basic knowledge of food safety is required.
- Languages: Good English communication skills.
- Nationality: Egyptian, Filipino, Indian, or Nepalese.
- Visa: Visa 18 only.
