Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the dispatch of food deliveries, ensuring all orders are sent out on time.
• Supervise delivery drivers, optimizing routes for efficiency and prompt delivery.
• Inspect food quality and presentation before dispatch to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Uphold hygiene and food safety protocols throughout the dispatch process.
• Track delivery statuses and resolve any issues or delays promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatched orders and deliveries.
• Assist in training delivery staff on best practices for food handling and safety.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, drivers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in food dispatching, logistics, or a related field within the food industry.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple orders.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (required).
• Computer literacy for managing dispatch records and communications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
