A leading company in Kuwait is currently seeking skilled professionals to join our team. We are hiring for multiple HVAC technician roles, including senior, assistant, and semi-level technicians, along with a driver. This is a full-time opportunity with potential for career growth within the company. The ideal candidates will have relevant experience in HVAC systems and a valid Kuwait driving license (for the driver position).
Key Responsibilities
1. Senior HVAC Technician (2 positions):
- Lead the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
- Supervise and provide guidance to junior technicians.
- Diagnose technical issues and troubleshoot effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols on-site.
- Collaborate with project managers for project execution and completion.
2. Assistant HVAC Technician (2 positions):
- Assist senior technicians in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve system issues under the guidance of senior staff.
- Maintain tools and equipment necessary for daily operations.
- Follow safety regulations and guidelines in all work processes.
3. Semi HVAC Technician (2 positions):
- Support both senior and assistant technicians in routine HVAC tasks.
- Perform basic maintenance and operational checks on HVAC systems.
- Learn on the job and develop expertise through hands-on experience.
4. Driver (1 position):
- Safely transport tools, equipment, and personnel to various job sites across Kuwait.
- Ensure timely deliveries and pickups of HVAC materials.
- Maintain the company vehicle in excellent condition and report any maintenance needs.
- Assist technicians with minor tasks at job sites when necessary.
Qualifications
- Senior Technician: Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC systems; supervisory experience preferred.
- Assistant Technician: 2-3 years of experience in HVAC systems; basic troubleshooting skills required.
- Semi Technician: 1-2 years of experience or vocational training in HVAC systems.
- Driver: Valid Kuwait driving license (required); knowledge of Kuwait roads and safety regulations.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage (discuss during the interview).
