Key Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in delivering lessons and classroom activities.
- Help manage classroom behavior and provide additional support to students as needed.
- Work closely with small groups or individual students to support learning objectives.
- Prepare and organize materials for classroom activities and projects.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students during school hours.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and school staff.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Full-Time) from a recognized university.
- 3 to 5 years of teaching or teacher assistant experience in an international school.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with young children.
- Patience and a caring attitude to support the educational and emotional needs of students.
- Must have a valid transferable residency permit (Iqama 18 or 22).
