Waiter (Full-Time)

We are urgently seeking a skilled and dedicated Waiter to join our restaurant in Hawally. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with relevant experience in the hospitality industry, especially those with a health card. The role involves providing excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and drink orders and accurately enter them into the system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure proper presentation.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Must hold a valid health card (preferred).
• Visa Article 18 or 20 is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
