House Keeper (House Staff Supervisor) – Lady Only

A small family in Kuwait is seeking an experienced female Housekeeper to act as a House Staff Supervisor. The role requires managing and overseeing both male and female house staff, ensuring the household operates smoothly. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, managing kitchen orders, and assisting the “house mama” with her daily appointments.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise housemaids (men and women) and ensure quality performance in daily cleaning tasks.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of staff uniforms.
• Oversee kitchen staff to ensure cleanliness and manage daily and weekly purchase orders.
• Manage stock for household supplies.
• Follow up on and assist with scheduling and registration for the “house mama’s” daily appointments.
• Ensure household standards are consistently met and address any performance issues with staff.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or supervisory roles in a household setting is preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to oversee and manage a team of house staff.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be available locally in Kuwait (discuss residency requirements during the interview).
