Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Minutes of Meetings: Accurately record and prepare minutes of meetings, ensuring timely distribution to all relevant parties.
  • Scheduling and Appointments: Coordinate and book appointments, including flights and travel arrangements, for the CEO and other senior staff as required.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage important documents and reports.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an executive support role, preferably within the medical field.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Arabic is required.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Experience with scheduling, minute-taking, and travel arrangements.
  • Background: Experience in administration or HR is preferred.
