Cook / Chef

We are looking for an experienced Cook or Chef to join our team at a hotel in Kuwait. This role requires a skilled individual who can create high-quality dishes and manage kitchen operations. The position is open to candidates of any nationality with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Dishes: Cook and present high-quality meals according to the hotel’s standards and menu requirements.
• Kitchen Management: Oversee kitchen operations, including maintaining cleanliness and organizing supplies.
• Recipe Development: Assist in developing new recipes and improving existing ones.
• Food Safety: Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a cook or chef, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Skills: Strong cooking skills and experience in managing kitchen operations.
• Nationality: Open to all nationalities.
• Additional: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of food quality.
