Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and support to team members.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance team skills.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to align sales activities with company objectives.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in a sales role is a plus but not required.
• Educational Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Personal Traits: Passion for sales and a proactive attitude.
