Data Entry cum Store Operator

An established HVAC company is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry cum Store Operator to join their team. This role involves managing data entry tasks and handling store operations, providing essential support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry tasks, including inputting and updating information into the company’s database.
• Manage inventory and store operations, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining the store’s physical and digital records.
• Prepare and process orders and shipping documentation.
• Monitor and report on stock levels, and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in all entries and transactions.
• Handle administrative tasks related to store operations, including reporting and communication with other departments.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in data entry or store operations is preferred but not required.
• Educational Degree: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Personal Traits: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
