A Bakala (convenience store) in Mangaf is seeking an experienced Bakala Worker to join their team. This position is specifically for Indian candidates with relevant experience and holding a Zone Visa.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Bakala, including stocking shelves, managing inventory, and arranging displays.
  • Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle cash and credit payments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Handle deliveries and manage stock levels to ensure the store is well-stocked.
  • Perform any additional duties as required by store management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience working in a Bakala or similar retail environment is required.
  • Visa: Must hold a Zone Visa.
  • Skills: Strong customer service skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Personal Traits: Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently.
