Mechanical Sales Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in technical and mechanical products, and will be responsible for driving business growth and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales goals by generating new business and maintaining existing client accounts.
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive continued business.
  • Accurately forecast monthly and annual sales and revenue.
  • Provide customers with detailed technical and scientific information about products or services.
  • Source leads and conduct cold calls to potential customers.
  • Develop business opportunities by arranging meetings and delivering persuasive sales pitches.
  • Present technical plans and detailed schematics of products to clients.
  • Provide analytics and insights to demonstrate how products can benefit clients’ businesses.
  • Address customer queries related to scientific or technical aspects.
  • Schedule follow-up meetings to retain clients and secure further sales.
  • Stay current with industry trends and developments in products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Personal Traits: Strong people management skills, planning and organization skills, effective team motivation, and relationship-building skills.
