We are seeking a skilled Network & System Admin to support and manage our IT infrastructure. This role involves providing technical support for servers, storages, networks, and various operating systems. You will work closely with the Senior System Admin and Network Admin to ensure the availability and reliability of our IT systems.
Responsibilities:
Strategic:
- Oversee the IT infrastructure across all locations, including servers, storage, IT networks, and telecommunications.
- Maintain information security standards and procedures to protect information assets and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
Operational:
- Manage and support servers, workstations, networks, telecommunications (including mobile devices and phone systems), multi-function devices, and printers.
- Perform day-to-day troubleshooting and preventative maintenance for networks, servers, virtualized environments, cloud systems, storage, and security appliances.
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, network components, and storage (hardware/software).
- Resolve server and client issues efficiently.
- Communicate infrastructure-related information to stakeholders and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Manage, support, and mentor helpdesk team members.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Education: Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- Certifications: CCNA, MCSE, A+, ITIL Foundation (preferred but not required).
- Skills: Strong technical skills in network and system administration, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication.
- Residency: Transferable residency in Kuwait.
