Waho International is seeking a skilled and dedicated HR Recruitment Officer (Male) to join our team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, coordinating interviews, and supporting the hiring of new employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Job Advertising: Post job ads and advertise openings across various platforms.
- Resume Screening: Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Arrange and coordinate interviews, including reference checks.
- Hiring Management: Oversee the hiring process and maintain clear communication with candidates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements.
- Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications:
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, ideally 3-5 years.
- Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: KD 300-400 per month.
