Receptionist (Arab Nationalities Only)

A reputed company in Fahaheel Al Kout, Kuwait, is seeking an experienced Receptionist. This role is open to female candidates of Arab nationalities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for front-desk reception duties, providing exceptional customer service, and handling administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front Desk Management: Greet visitors and clients, answer phone calls, and manage general inquiries.
• Customer Service: Provide professional assistance to visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and manage appointments for management and staff.
• Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and basic clerical duties as needed.
• Communication Handling: Receive and direct calls, take messages, and manage correspondence.
• Maintain Office Environment: Ensure the front office is well-organized and presentable.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1+ year of experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Nationality: Arab nationalities only.
• Gender: Female candidates only.
• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: KD 350 – KD 450 per month (depending on experience).
