We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our cafe in Kuwait City. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coffee preparation and customer service, with a passion for delivering high-quality beverages and a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, and macchiatos.
- Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders, handling payments, and addressing customer inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and supplies.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Follow health and safety regulations and ensure a high standard of hygiene.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
