We are seeking a skilled HVAC Foreman/Supervisor for our project in Fahaheel, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HVAC systems and a proven track record in supervising HVAC installations and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair projects.
- Supervise HVAC technicians and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely completion of HVAC work.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of HVAC work and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC Foreman or Supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installations, and maintenance.
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with local safety and regulatory requirements.
