We are urgently seeking an experienced AC Maintenance Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in AC maintenance and management, and will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating AC maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervision: Oversee and manage the AC maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of AC systems.
- Maintenance: Perform and supervise routine and emergency maintenance tasks on AC units and systems.
- Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of AC systems to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues.
- Repairs: Coordinate and perform repairs as needed, ensuring all work is completed to high standards.
- Training: Train and guide team members on best practices for AC maintenance and safety procedures.
- Customer Service: Address any customer concerns or issues related to AC systems and maintenance.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in AC maintenance, with prior experience in a supervisory role preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of AC systems and maintenance procedures.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Communication: Good communication skills to interact with team members and customers.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve maintenance issues.
