Accountant / Admin

A leading company in Kuwait City is seeking a qualified Accountant/Admin to join their team. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with experience in accounting and administrative roles who are looking to contribute to a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accounting:
  • Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers and journals.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
  • Process invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and perform monthly and yearly financial closings.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Administrative:
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with clients and vendors.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Provide general administrative support to senior management and other departments.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in accounting and administrative roles is required.
• Education: Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Language: Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
