United Projects for Aviation Services K.S.C.P. is conducting open recruitment days for various technician roles to support its new project in Messila. Responsibilities

Below are the available positions and key responsibilities:

1. Pool Technician (Ref. P01)
   • Maintain and troubleshoot pool pump room equipment, ensuring proper filtration, heating, and disinfection.
   • Regularly inspect heaters, filters, and chemical dosing systems for pool hygiene.
2. Mechanical Technicians (Ref. P02)
   • Maintain pumps, filtration units, and chemical dosing systems for greywater recycling and pools.
   • Inspect and maintain pumps, valves, and wave-generating equipment for water attractions.
3. Building Automation System Technician (Ref. P03)
   • Maintain and repair Building Management Systems (BMS) related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
   • Respond to alarms, troubleshoot DDC panels, and BACnet-related issues.
4. HVAC Technician (Ref. P04)
   • Troubleshoot and repair Chillers, AHU, RHU, FCU, and other HVAC systems including ducting and ventilation.
5. Electrician (Ref. P05)
   • Operation and maintenance of electrical systems, including standby generators, LT room, and control panels.
   • Ensure the proper function of lighting systems, fire alarms, and electrical equipment.
6. Plumber (Ref. P06)
   • Maintain and troubleshoot wastewater, sewage, stormwater, and firefighting plumbing systems.
7. Control Technician (Ref. P07)
   • Supervise control-related work for electrical and mechanical systems.
   • Conduct inspections on control systems, including BMS and electrical panels.
8. Arab Female Receptionists (Ref. P08)
   • Welcome and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs, handling inquiries in both Arabic and English.
9. Marketing Officer (Ref. P09)
   • Plan and implement promotional campaigns in both Arabic and English, and manage social media platforms.
10. Male and Female Certified Lifeguards (Ref. P10)

• Ensure the safety of guests in pool and beach areas by enforcing water safety regulations and responding to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Pool Technician: Secondary school or mechanical diploma with 5-7 years of experience in pool system maintenance.
• Mechanical Technician: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5-7 years of experience in water treatment systems.
• BAS Technician: ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Electronics with knowledge of BMS systems and networks.
• HVAC Technician: ITI/Diploma in AC & Refrigeration with 5-7 years of HVAC system experience.
• Electrician: ITI/Diploma in Electrical certification with 3-5 years of electrical systems experience.
• Plumber: Mechanical diploma with 5-7 years of experience in plumbing systems.
• Control Technician: ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics with 5-7 years of low voltage system experience.
• Receptionist: Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience, fluent in English and Arabic.
• Marketing Officer: Bachelor’s degree in marketing with 3-5 years of experience, fluent in English and Arabic.
• Lifeguards: Certified lifeguard with valid CPR and first aid certifications, 2-4 years of experience.
