Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate courses in Industrial Engineering, including but not limited to:
- Systems Simulation
- Digital Manufacturing and Design
- Systems Engineering in Design
- Cyber-Physical Industrial Applications
- Product Engineering
- Operations Research
- Work Design
- Senior Design Projects
- Develop and supervise undergraduate research programs.
- Collaborate with faculty across disciplines to enhance the curriculum.
- Actively participate in school and university service activities.
- Engage in mentoring and leadership within undergraduate programs.
- Foster an inclusive and equitable learning environment.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and scholarship.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse faculty and student body.
- Proven leadership and active involvement in the Industrial Engineering field.
- Experience in enhancing equity, diversity, and inclusion in educational settings is highly desirable.
