Deboned Restaurant Company is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts within the food and beverage (F&B) sector. This role is pivotal in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the F&B market, consumer behavior, and both digital and traditional marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Lead the creation and implementation of the brand’s vision and mission.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty.
Brand Management
- Oversee the development and consistency of the brand voice, messaging, and visuals across all channels.
- Manage the brand’s online and offline presence.
- Ensure high-quality creative output in all marketing communications.
Digital Marketing
- Drive digital strategies across social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and website optimization.
- Monitor digital marketing KPIs and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Collaborate with the team to create engaging and targeted social media content.
- Manage relationships with influencers, bloggers, and other digital partners.
Customer Insights & Market Research
- Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and feedback to inform marketing strategies.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
- Gather customer insights through surveys, feedback loops, and market trends.
Marketing Campaigns
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns for product launches, promotions, and seasonal events.
- Collaborate with product development teams to support new offerings with targeted campaigns.
- Measure the effectiveness of campaigns through metrics like ROI, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
- Set clear goals, provide ongoing performance feedback, and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Ensure continuous training and development opportunities for the marketing team.
Partnerships & PR
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media outlets, and external partners.
- Oversee PR efforts to ensure positive brand exposure in relevant media channels.
- Create sponsorship opportunities and collaborations with relevant brands or influencers.
Budget Management
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget.
- Ensure cost-effective use of resources and maximum ROI on marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in a senior marketing role, with at least 3 years in the F&B industry.
- Strategic Skills: Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
