Weatherford is seeking a dedicated Repair and Maintenance Scheduling Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring maintenance activities for designated product lines and sites, ensuring alignment with operational demands.
Key Responsibilities
Safety, Security & Compliance

Quality Assurance
- Familiarize yourself with the Company’s Quality policies and actively participate in compliance and improvement efforts.
- Maintain service quality as a primary focus while continuously identifying areas for enhancement.
Operations Management
- Formulate weekly schedules for planned jobs and coordinate with material control regarding material status.
- Generate work orders considering manpower and material availability to ensure on-time delivery.
- Balance labor hours, tools, and materials required to complete work orders efficiently.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the maintenance organization and operations, assembling master schedule reports on maintenance activity performance.
Communication
- Maintain effective communication with all key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Clearly communicate expectations, roles, and responsibilities to team members.
Financial Accountability
- Ensure financial responsibility in all activities, adhering to approved budgets and relevant policies and procedures.
People & Development
- Take responsibility for personal career development, completing necessary training to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Engage employees in talent management, succession planning, and regular coaching opportunities.

Qualifications
Experience & Education
- Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- 5-8+ years of planning/scheduling experience in an MRP-driven environment.
- Preferred:
- Accredited 4-year college degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience with MRP/ERP Software.
- Certification in maintenance management, project management, or scheduling (CMRP, PMP, PMI-SP) is preferred.
