Alghanim Industries is looking for a Key Accounts Executive to support the company’s growth by managing and nurturing relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate will focus on achieving sales targets, optimizing distribution, and driving sales activation efforts to maximize business growth opportunities.


Responsibilities

  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Assist in the creation and execution of the monthly priorities sheet for the Key Accounts team.
    • Support the sales team by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
  • Account Management:
    • Prepare and conduct quarterly business reviews for all key accounts to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Review and analyze sales performance by customer, salesman, and agency.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting:
    • Monitor and report on market trends and competitive activities to ensure the company’s sales strategies are aligned with market dynamics.
    • Ensure excellence in market execution to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Sales Operations:
    • Allocate promotional resources based on customer needs and priorities.
    • Spend 75% of time in the market to ensure effective execution and to build strong customer relationships.
  • Team Development:
    • Ensure that the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools, trained adequately, and motivated to meet their objectives.
    • Ensure that all accounts adhere to the company’s policies regarding collections and credit facilities.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • Language Proficiency:
    • Fluent in both English and Arabic.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work as a team player with a results-oriented mindset.
    • Creative thinker with excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong personality, self-confidence, and high leadership potential.
    • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
