Responsibilities
- Sales Performance:
- Promote and sell products and services to customers in the showroom.
- Maximize sales transactions to exceed sales targets across cash, credit, warranties, and accessories.
- Strive to consistently meet or exceed pre-set sales targets.
- Continuously improve product knowledge to provide accurate recommendations to customers.
- Ensure all sales opportunities are converted into successful transactions.
- Create sales invoices and become proficient in using BO & POS applications.
- Customer Service:
- Maintain a presentable appearance and a pleasant demeanor to create a welcoming environment for customers.
- Provide exceptional service by understanding and addressing customer needs.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and honest manner.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to recommend the best options for customers.
- Efficiently manage the sales process and explain relevant policies, such as delivery, installation, and return/exchange policies.
- Handle customer concerns professionally, avoiding arguments or conflicts.
- Operational Duties:
- Stay informed about in-store promotions, discounts, and credit offers.
- Ensure confidentiality regarding company information, including sales figures.
- Follow company safety and security procedures.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report any issues to the showroom manager.
- Maintain the showroom’s appearance by ensuring all products are displayed correctly according to planograms and accurately priced.
- Report damaged display items and manage price changes as instructed by the showroom management.
- Become proficient in computer applications such as Outlook, SAP, POS & BO to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
- Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Skills:
- Good proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to recommend products based on customer needs.
