Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership:
    • Provide inspired leadership to the operational team, fostering a culture of performance and morale.
    • Make critical policy, planning, and strategic decisions that align with the organization’s goals.
  • Operational Policies:
    • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaboration with HR:
    • Assist the Human Resources department with recruitment processes as needed.
    • Support the promotion of a positive company culture that encourages high performance.
  • Financial Management:
    • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing processes to ensure financial health and sustainability.
    • Understand and manage general finance aspects, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash-flow management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Work with senior stakeholders and the board of directors to determine the organization’s values, mission, and short- and long-term goals.
    • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations to enhance business opportunities.
  • Problem Solving:
    • Identify and address operational problems and opportunities to improve the company’s performance.
    • Support effective communication between workers and the management team.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in management, operations, and leadership roles within a relevant industry.
  • Financial Acumen:
    • Strong understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
    • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
    • Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective interactions.
  • Organizational Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on achieving operational excellence.

Compensation

  • Salary: From KD 600.000 per month
