Product Specialist (Female)

A leading company in Salmiya, Kuwait, is looking to hire a Product Specialist (Female) with a strong background in Biology, Chemistry, or Biochemistry. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in handling tenders and preparing tender documents. This position requires someone with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, who can manage the entire tender process from preparation to submission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage tender documents for various products.
• Oversee the complete tender process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for tender documentation.
• Maintain records of tenders and ensure compliance with all requirements.
• Handle day-to-day tasks related to tender preparation, submission, and follow-up.

Qualifications:

• BSc in Biology, Chemistry, or Biochemistry is required.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in handling tender documentation and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• Transferable visa (Visa 18) is mandatory.
• Immediate availability to join is preferred.
