Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
  • Configure and maintain operating systems, switches, access points, and local/remote networks.
  • Manage surveillance systems and ensure their proper functioning.
  • Assist with the implementation and support of D365 (Microsoft Dynamics ERP).
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Document and track technical issues and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • Proven work experience of at least 3 to 5 years in IT support.
  • Experience with operating systems, configuration of switches, access points, and networking.
  • Knowledge of D365 (Microsoft Dynamics ERP).
  • MCSE and CCNA certifications are preferable.
  • A valid Kuwait Driving License is also preferable.
