Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Recruitment Strategies: Craft and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies, including job posting optimization, recruitment marketing, talent campaign planning, and proactive candidate sourcing.
  • Supervise Recruitment Activities: Lead a team of recruiters in executing creative and proactive recruitment strategies that meet the needs of various internal departments and stakeholders.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Use analytics and data insights to assess and improve recruitment processes, ensuring that hiring practices are both efficient and effective.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Make informed decisions on final hires by reviewing candidate qualifications and fit based on detailed interactions and assessments.
  • Monitor Team Performance: Set objectives for the recruitment team, track progress using key metrics, and ensure optimal team productivity.
  • Innovative Hiring Practices: Stay ahead of market trends, utilizing new methods and channels for recruitment. Guide the team in using diverse resources, such as online platforms, community networks, and educational institutions.
  • Induction & Onboarding: Collaborate with relevant departments to design and implement a comprehensive induction program for all new hires, including local, expatriate, and regional staff.
  • Coordinate with Organizational Development (OD): Work closely with the OD team to align recruitment strategies with the company’s structure, avoiding gaps in staffing and optimizing talent management.
  • Internal Collaboration: Partner with other departments to ensure that hiring managers are fully supported in interview scheduling, selection processes, and decision-making.
  • Manpower Planning: Assist in preparing the annual manpower plan to anticipate and respond to staffing needs effectively.
  • Candidate Database Management: Build and maintain a pre-qualified candidate database to meet both current and future staffing demands.
  • Recruitment Reporting: Oversee the preparation of recruitment reports and hiring plans, presenting these insights to senior leadership on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Job Offers & Documentation: Ensure job offers align with Boutiqaat’s salary structures and career progression frameworks, coordinating with HR to complete necessary employment documentation.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a recruitment management or similar leadership role.
  • Certifications: Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SPHRI, HR Diploma) are highly desirable.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Proficient in sourcing techniques via social media platforms (LinkedIn, Bayt.com) and professional recruitment websites.
  • Interviewing Skills: Experience with a range of selection processes including video interviews, phone interviews, and reference checks.
  • Technology Proficiency: Hands-on experience with recruitment software and familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) or HR Management Systems (HRMS).
  • Analytical & Decision-Making Skills: Strong analytical skills for evaluating candidates and making data-driven decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leadership & People Management: Proven leadership skills, with a focus on team development and performance management.
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail, ensuring accuracy throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
