Key Responsibilities

  • Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our assessment platform.
  • Configuration & Customization: Assist clients in configuring and customizing the platform to meet their specific needs, ensuring alignment with business processes.
  • Client Training: Conduct training sessions for new clients, ensuring they understand how to navigate and use the platform effectively.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Address and resolve any technical issues reported by clients; escalate more complex issues to the development team when required.
  • Client Feedback Analysis: Collect and analyze feedback from clients to recommend platform improvements, ensuring the platform continues to meet user needs.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation on system processes, client onboarding procedures, and troubleshooting guides to streamline support.
  • Platform Performance Monitoring: Monitor platform performance and ensure it adheres to the established service level agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills with a keen ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues promptly.
  • Customer Service Focus: A client-first mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, platforms, and processes as the company evolves.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to create and maintain thorough documentation for internal processes and client support.
