Responsibilities

Compliance and Training:

  • Oversee adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards by all associates, including safeguarding company assets and managing inventory.
  • Train and coach staff in operational tasks, such as POS procedures, safety protocols, and inventory management.

Staff Management:

  • Assist in staffing, scheduling, and supervision of teams, focusing on key areas like Cashiers, Security, and Maintenance.
  • Manage payroll budgets and control operational expenses to ensure financial efficiency.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor accuracy in receiving, transfers, damages, and returns to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and coordinate communication between the store and central distribution.

Operational Oversight:

  • Produce and maintain operational reports to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure back-of-house operations are organized and secure, overseeing all opening and closing procedures.

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Inspire and provide outstanding service to customers, ensuring a high-quality shopping experience.
  • Resolve issues affecting service efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of retail store management experience, with a strong operations focus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple aspects of retail operations effectively.

Skills:
