Key Responsibilities

Commercial Performance and Team Management:

  • Lead the boutique in achieving annual sales goals and optimize profitability.
  • Inspire and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Assign monthly sales goals and regularly review progress with team members.
  • Conduct management meetings to discuss performance, operations, and strategy.

Clientele Service and Management:

  • Coordinate in-store events, presentations, and activities to enhance customer engagement.
  • Develop a customer database and optimize clienteling efforts.
  • Train and motivate the team to exceed customer expectations.

Product and Stock Management:

  • Provide feedback to the Buying Team and coordinate seasonal product training.
  • Ensure effective stock management, minimizing losses and optimizing organization.
  • Meet stock rotation targets and allocate inventory according to needs.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably in a boutique environment.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Capacity to develop, motivate, and train staff effectively.
